The Pelican Composite Case line of rackmount enclosures provide exceptional equipment protection with the added utility of side-mounted 19-inch (48.2 cm) racks. Slide-out racks allow unlimited access to electronic equipment during installation, integration and maintenance.

The Composite Case series are manufactured from strong GMT (Glass Mat Thermoplastic) composite material. GMT's extreme stiffness, lightweight and high impact-absorbing qualities have made it the composite material of choice for impact-absorbing automotive components. GMT case shells provide extraordinary impact resistance and can perform in extreme temperature ranges from-65°F (-53.89°C) to +185°F (85°C).

Rugged and Versatile: Pelican Composite Cases comply to MIL-STD-810F performance testing for electronic enclosures to withstand the effects of the harshest environments.

Optimum Protection: Pelican Composition Cases provide excellent shock and vibration protection for electronic equipment of all types. Optimum sway space and state of the art elastomeric mounts deliver exceptional shock and vibration protection for 40 - 80G.

Shock mounted aluminum interior racks with CEA-310 compliant mounting holes provide multiple equipment integration capabilities. Sizes are available from 3U-14U in rack height and front-to-back rack depths of 20.00" (50.8 cm), 24.00" (60.9 cm), and 30.00" (76.2 cm).
